Privacy Notice

We aim to conform to the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and participate completely with the National Privacy Commission (NPC). In doing so, the school is focused on the agreement between your child's very own well-being and privacy, which is essential to us, and assuring that our legitimate welfares as an educational institution and our capacity to completely and adequately support our students are met.

With the goal for CDSI to make sure that your family's personal information and wellness responses are disclosed only to you and to authorized staff who need it for their role, these offices will require the presentation of your CDSI ID or the personal check-in link sent to you, which will allow us to check and affirm your identity.

As presented above, CDSI expects you to provide precise data. If your data — such as your contact details or your child's roster information — should be updated, the applicable offices give guidance with respect to how you can request the revision or correction of your data. Please note that the amendment of wellness records and evaluations (e.g. counseling notes) is subject to the school's rules and standards.
